Legal
Privacy, terms, refunds, accessibility
Four short sections on one page, in plain words. The governing text of each policy is published at thecitadelmedia.com and linked from each section; where this page and that text differ, that text applies.
Privacy
The request form and the chat callback send us your name, the contact you choose to give, and the answers you typed, so a person can reply. Previews are built from public records only. We contact each business once and do not buy or resell contact data. One email to office@thecitadelmedia.com and any preview comes down and contact stops. Nothing on this site tracks you across other sites; the map on the contact page loads Google Maps only when you tap to show it. The full privacy policy.
Terms
The one-time price buys a website you own: hardcoded, editable, delivered with a written owner’s guide. Citadel does not host or resell hosting. Recurring plans are optional, are not charged until the build is delivered, and cancel with 30 days' notice. Search and AI visibility are worked on, never guaranteed. Prices shown include FALL2026 until 31 October 2026. The full terms.
Refund policy
You are under no obligation for the preview; it costs nothing. The plan can be cancelled at no cost before its first charge and with 30 days' notice afterwards. The refund terms for a build are set out in full at the refund policy, which governs.
Accessibility
Legible type, sufficient contrast, plain labels and non-colour cues are part of the brand standard, not an afterthought. Every control on this site works from the keyboard; the film and the animations respect your reduced-motion setting and the page reads without them. If something here does not work for you, tell us at office@thecitadelmedia.com and we will fix it. The accessibility statement.
